My name is Karin, I'm a 20-something web designer living in the northernmost part of Sweden. Here I share an aparment with a whippet named Zaphod, a cornsnake named Flamma and my boyfriend Markus.
I love drawing and making pixelart, wasting time on the internet, animals, reading books, playing with my websites and listening to music. Rock music that is *headbangs*

Why fanlistings?
I came across fanlistings about the same time as I made my first real website, in 2003.
I noticed a lot of people had fanlisting codes up on their sites and I figured it was a fun idea. So I started joining them too :)
Only a short time after I joined the Afghan hound fanlisting the owner closed it, and since that's my #1 favourite breed I couldn't resist applying for it. And I got it! I was so happy the day I got the approval email :D
I've found this whole fanlisting thing to be a great hobby. It allows me make lots of websites and layouts for my favourite subjects, I get to show off the stuff I like and it's fun hanging around the TFL message board seeing what other fanlisting junkies are up to.
Since I don't have all the time in the world I try to keep my owned fanlisting down to a reasonable number. I only apply for subjects I really really want. Because of that I don't run even close to as many fanlistings as some other people, but that doesn't mean I like fanlistings any less :)
